Through our various programs and support groups, we aim to provide safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential spaces for sharing and fellowship. We also offer tools and strategies for recovery and long-term sustainability. 

 

We offer referrals to services so you can get the help you need.

  • Families are provided educational resources and outreach materials highly applicable to those impacted by mental illnesses and substance use disorders. ​

  • Special Events to celebrate and acknowledge efforts and successes

  • Fundraising to help with financial needs for individuals and families

  • Transportation will be provided, as needed, to ensure access to services

Resources

Individuals and families are provided evidence-based, data-driven materials and referrals:

  • ‍Counseling

  • Healthcare

  • Outpatient and inpatient treatment

  • Assistance with custodial issues

  • Vouchers and other services

We are pro-actively working to create opportunities for early identification, de-escalation and intervention in the event of an urgent crisis.​ Many of our events include:

Care Coalition

CARE Coalition is a substance abuse coalition in Rocky Mount, NC offering addiction treatment and support resources made up of community members.

National Alliance on Mental Illness

Nami is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization. They work to educate, support, advocate, listen and lead to improve the lives of people with mental illness and their loved ones.

Word Tabernacle Church

Word Tabernacle Church consistently serves its members and its community holistically through our mission of “people empowering people and communities in all areas of life to the Glory of God.”

Twin Counties Partnership for Healthier Communities

The partnership is a network of like-minded people working together proactively and strategically to promote and support a community culture of health, wellness, and unity in Nash and Edgecombe Counties.

Down East Partnership For Children

Down East Partnership for Children is a non-profit organization in Rocky Mount NC that offers a variety of services and resources for families with children ages 0-8.

Justice Community Opioid Innovation Network

JCOIN is a nationwide program that tests strategies to expand effective treatment, recovery, and related services for individuals involved in the criminal justice system.

Rocky Mount Housing Authority

The RMHA provides housing assistance to low & moderate income residents. They aim to provide drug free, decent, safe, & sanitary housing for eligible families.

United Community Ministries

United Community Ministries provides a variety of services and programs for the homeless community including clothing assistance, life skills program and a rehousing program.
